Albacore Season: Short but Sweet

As you know, the at Flying Fish changes on a daily basis, depending on which seafood is the freshest. We want to put nothing but the best ingredients on your plate. That being said, we just got our hands on some fresh, local Albacore tuna!

Albacore season is a short one, but a great one. In Washington, the core season usually lasts anywhere from July to September. Keep your eyes peeled in the upcoming month for some different dishes to compliment this beautiful fish!
