Annual Oyster Frenzy

The crew at Flying Fish is very excited to celebrate the return of oyster season in the Pacific Northwest with the 11th Annual Oyster Frenzy! Mark your calendars for Sunday, October 27th, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, and get ready for a shucking good time.

Whether you love them raw, as a Northwest stew or crispy on a stick with herbed mayonnaise, oysters will be the focus of the day! Guests will meet renowned oyster growers from around Puget Sound each shucking a different variety. In addition, a wide selection of oyster-friendly Northwest microbrew beers and wines will be available.
